Rap game

Hello Readers,

As a rapper, i have always thought that rap is the best genre of music, but with the rate at which things are going now i do not think so anymore. The best are undervalued and the people that make what i call the nonsense form of music are well appreciated, I setup a thread with the question who do you think is the most underappreciated artist and my earth sank at the names i saw they were artists i adore so much, artists i want to be like.

Nas for one is underappreciated, i believe he is the greatest hip hop icon of this generation, he is what i consider as the present god of rap, but his albums do not sell as much as i expect it to, his song hip hop is dead is one i respect so much. Rap is now filled with blings, cars, women e.t.c the true Importance of rap to the black race is no longer in consideration it is beign used recklessly for the wrong reasons which brings tears to my eyes to see great hip hop go down like this. Even the ones that make good rap music are now beign corrupt with their love for money and have transformed what they used to make into something else, I am presently also working on a new song called " R.I.P great rap" . Rap is beign blended with other forms of music like dancehall and stuff which is not good for her.

I see pac in my dreams and he always as a big grin on his face never a smile, Hip hop presently needs a lightbearer to chase the wackout of it. But do we have the lightbringer as the world of underground rap is presently exploding, with the likes of game and papoose, presently gracing the rap scene with hit's like One Blood- the game and alphabetical slaughter papoose. Is hip hop really dead or Is it still alive? I will leave that to you readers to judge, please post your comments.
